TL;DR

Customer Sales Expert (Insurance): Selling commercial insurance to business customers through conversations to understand needs and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Focus on achieving individual sales targets, resolving customer queries via phone and email, and mastering technical products and IT systems.

Location: On-site in York, UK. Once fully trained, opportunity to work up to 2 days a week from home.

What you will do

• Sell commercial insurance to business customers by understanding their needs via phone and email.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities based on customer requirements.
• Resolve queries for existing customers and achieve individual targets for sales, quality, and satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss performance, problem-solving, and collaboration with other teams.
• Undergo 3 weeks of initial training followed by 4 weeks in an Academy to build product and system expertise.
