What you will do

• Own day-to-day running of a high-performing sales team of up to 14 contact centre agents
• Drive individual and team performance against KPIs using data and dashboards
• Coach regularly to build skills, resilience, and accountability
• Deliver 1-2-1s, performance reviews, and development plans
• Manage attendance, adherence, and wellbeing
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve business outcomes and motivate the team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader in a contact centre or fast-paced sales environment
• Strong coaching mindset and ability to hold people accountable
• Resilient, action-oriented, and data-literate for decision-making
• Good commercial understanding of contact centre sales impact on business goals
• Positive, driven, and able to influence across teams
