TL;DR

Senior Operations Project Manager (Fintech): Overseeing operational transitions and business operations for a digital banking solutions provider with an accent on data analysis, process improvement, and project lifecycle management. Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX or Lincoln, Nebraska. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

What you will do

  • Drive operational transitions and business operations, ensuring implementation stays on schedule and within budget.
  • Collect and analyze operational data to develop KPIs and dashboards for management.
  • Design "What-if" models for project P&L and resource allocation.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate major financial, technological, and governance transitions across the company.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve priority conflicts for high-profile clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related experience (or advanced degree with 6 years).
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
  • Fluent written and oral communication in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Qualtrics, or PowerBI.
  • Ability to assess project risks and develop mitigation steps.

Nice to have

  • PMP or PMI certification.
  • Experience with MS Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Background in Financial Services and enterprise software.
