TL;DR

Account Executive (SMB) (SaaS): Driving growth of hirify.global products and solutions within the broadband service provider space with an accent on new prospect acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. Focus on managing complex sales cycles, delivering consultative presentations, and executing territory plans to increase market share.

Location: Remote (USA). Preferred location: Alabama, Mississippi, or Louisiana. Requires up to 40% travel.

Salary: $110,000 – $165,000 Annual (based on location)

What you will do

  • Drive growth of hirify.global products through new prospect acquisition and expansion within existing SMB accounts.
  • Manage the complete, complex sales cycle from initial contact and pricing to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to increase market share.
  • Deliver compelling professional presentations, both virtually and in-person, to executive and operational levels.
  • Collaborate within a matrix sales team, including solutions engineers and customer success managers.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience over-achieving sales quotas in software, cloud, or technology sales.
  • Must be based in the USA (Preference for candidates in Alabama, Mississippi, or Louisiana).
  • Proven experience in consultative and solution selling.
  • Ability to engage with C-level executives (CEO, CFO, GM) and handle complex negotiations.
  • Technical aptitude for cloud software, hardware, and IoT solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in sales methodologies such as SPIN selling, Karrass negotiation, or The Challenger Sale.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, 6Sense, Seismic, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
