What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering on architecture, technical decisions, and trade-offs.
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and specification refinement.
• Participate in engineering discussions to align teams and reduce ambiguity.
• Design scalable workflows for fintech domains and iterate using feedback and data.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product roles within fintech, banking, or financial services
• Experience with core banking, digital banking, lending, or payments platforms
• Strong understanding of regulated financial environments and complex workflows
• Proven ability to design systems and technical solutions
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, data modeling, and system interactions
• Ability to engage in technical discussions and collaborate in agile teams
• Hands-on experience or curiosity with AI-powered product development
