What you will do

  • Prospect small to large businesses via outbound lead generation, door-to-door, cold calling, emails, referrals, and inbound leads.
  • Understand business pain points and position hirify.global solutions to exceed expectations.
  • Manage leads and deals in Hubspot with high attention to detail.
  • Own full sales cycle from planning and qualifying to closing deals and exceeding targets.
  • Build hirify.global brand in Western Australia through networking, meetups, and industry associations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to relay feedback.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years hands-on closing sales experience achieving quarterly goals.
  • Strong commercial mindset and revenue growth track record.
  • Proficiency in prospecting, qualifying, demos, proposals, objection handling, and negotiating.
  • Self-motivated with independent work ability and competitive drive.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or scale-up B2B sales.
  • Established relationships with SME business owners.
