What you will do

  • Prospect for new business via phone, email, and marketing campaigns.
  • Qualify inbound leads from digital campaigns, tradeshows, and referrals.
  • Conduct detailed discovery meetings to identify and understand prospect needs.
  • Align financial institution needs with Q2 solutions and participate in marketing events.
  • Update Salesforce, assist with pricing proposals, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
  • Create and deliver on strategic territory management plans while maintaining customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Fluent written and oral communication in English required.
  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of related experience (or advanced degree with 3+ years or equivalent).
  • Strong verbal and written communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team with marketing, sales operations, and sales members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong computer skills.
  • Experience in highly autonomous, impact-driven environment.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of complex sales processes.
  • Strong sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Prior Salesforce.com experience.
