What you will do

  • Co-design AI-first processes and operating systems with senior leadership to scale the business.
  • Define an agentic operating model integrating autonomous tools and systemized knowledge into decision-making.
  • Prototype and validate redesigned processes using tools like Claude, N8N, and custom GPTs.
  • Convert proof-of-concept learnings into scalable frameworks and playbooks across company functions.
  • Collaborate with data and engineering partners to ensure infrastructure supports agentic capabilities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Head of Product to align AI capabilities with business priorities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business transformation, product strategy, or technical operations, ideally as a founder or early hire.
  • Strong technical literacy with cutting-edge AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Claude, N8N, Gemini, Replit).
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents, custom skills, or workflow automations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or another technical/quantitative field.
  • Must be based in the US.
