Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Integration Manager / AI Specialist to lead the implementation and optimization of AI solutions across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about AI technologies and eager to drive real business impact through automation and intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead AI integration initiatives across various business functions
  • Work with AI agents and tools (including Claude AI) to streamline and automate workflows
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through AI-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to adapt AI tools to business needs
  • Continuously explore and implement new AI use cases

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude AI, AI agents)
  • Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
  • English level B2+ (spoken and written)
  • Russian is a plus
