Location: Hybrid schedule based in South Charlotte, NC (Tuesday through Thursday in office, Monday and Friday remote)

Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead people partnership for RV Education, advising senior leadership on talent and team performance.
• Translate business priorities into practical, high-impact people strategies and actions.
• Coach leaders through organizational change, performance challenges, and team dynamics.
• Manage core talent processes, including performance management, talent calibration, and development planning.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and Puerto Rico employment laws.
• Manage and develop one Associate HRBP, providing guidance and prioritization support.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with strong generalist depth.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and contributing to strategic talent discussions.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment law.
• Ability to operate in environments undergoing change or transformation.
• Must be based in or able to work from Charlotte, NC on a hybrid schedule.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with Puerto Rico employment law.
