Location: Must be based in Taguig, Philippines. This is a hybrid role requiring at least 2 days per week in-office and operates on a night shift schedule aligned to US Eastern Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET).

What you will do

• Lead client engagement from post-sales through to launch, managing stakeholder relationships and project plans.
• Perform hands-on technical integration, data mapping, configuration setup, and quality testing.
• Collaborate with functional analysts, Sales, Support, and Development teams to ensure project alignment.
• Manage change requests end-to-end, including requirements gathering, documentation, and implementation.
• Provide regular project status reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with Linux/Unix commands.
• Proven knowledge of capital markets products (Equities, Futures, Options, OTC).
• Strong client management and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with version control tools (Git) and regular expressions.
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with US Eastern Time.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with trading protocols such as FIX.
• Experience in SaaS delivery, implementation, or customer onboarding.
• Ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones.
