Sr. Technical Analyst - Managed File Transfer (MFT)

What you will do

• Provide 24x7 operational support for SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and Connect:Direct file transfer platforms.
• Manage IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG), B2B Integrator (B2Bi), and AXWAY MFT operations.
• Monitor environment health, including disk space, file system usage, and service connectivity.
• Troubleshoot issues involving PERL, UNIX shell, and Windows PowerShell scripts.
• Collaborate with L3/engineering teams to resolve recurring incidents and improve platform stability.
• Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling suite (SFG, B2Bi, Connect:Direct, SSP, SEAS) and AXWAY MFT.
• Proven ability to support mission-critical applications in a 24x7 environment.
• Strong working knowledge of UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of security concepts such as certificates, encryption, and ciphers.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS-hosted MFT environments.
• Exposure to ITSM tools such as Remedy.
• Experience building operational dashboards using Datadog, Splunk, or Control Center.
