What you will do
- Provide L1/L2 support for hosting products including cPanel, Plesk, VPS, and dedicated servers.
- Investigate and resolve escalated technical cases while coordinating with engineering teams for permanent fixes.
- Develop scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks and empower the support team.
- Manage and configure virtual and dedicated server environments.
- Participate in 24x7 shift rotations to ensure system reliability and SLA compliance.
- Refine and establish operational policies and procedures for the support team.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hosting industry.
- In-depth knowledge of cPanel, WHM, Email, FTP, SSH, Linux, WordPress, and Magento.
- Proficiency in command-line operations.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and transparency.
