Salary: £145,000 – £175,000 + equity

What you will do

• Drive international expansion by partnering with Product and Engineering on scalable solutions, conducting research, and owning metrics for markets like UK, France, Germany, and Canada
• Scale marketing investments through channel analysis, capability building, and aligning org roadmap with growth ambitions
• Build a healthy business by analyzing margins, informing pricing, and delivering recommendations to leadership
• Develop tooling for tracking goals, metrics, resources, and blockers to enable lean iteration
• Pressure-test new products, translate learnings into initiatives, and resolve high-impact user issues end-to-end

Requirements

• Professional fluency in German or French, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
• 5-6+ years in consulting, investment banking/private equity, or fast-growing startup
• Ability to move fast with little structure, operate independently on ambiguous projects
• Demonstrated cross-functional influence, proactivity, and track record driving change in unstructured environments
• Fluency in using AI tools for problem-solving, analysis, and execution

Nice to have

• Experience on a marketplace or two-sided platform
• Experience or passion for online marketplace communities
• Proficiency with SQL & dashboards
