What you will do

• Partner with Product Owners to shape initiatives and align them with product strategy and business outcomes.
• Develop current and future state process models to identify opportunities for optimizing the end-to-end client journey.
• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities, including workshops and working groups to define business requirements.
• Translate customer insights into well-defined user stories to support delivery during build and implementation.
• Collaborate with design and delivery teams to inform customer journeys, screen flows, and experience-led solutions.
• Contribute to change management activities, including rollout, training, and adoption support.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer problems and insights into clear business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of customer experience (CX) frameworks.
• Ability to articulate web criteria, build test cases, and create user stories.
• Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
