What you will do

• Partner with Product Owners to shape initiatives and align them with product strategy and business outcomes.
• Develop current and future state process models to simplify and optimize the end-to-end client journey.
• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities, including workshops to validate assumptions and define requirements.
• Translate business insights into well-defined user stories to support the build and implementation phases.
• Collaborate with design and delivery teams to inform customer journeys and screen flows.
• Support change management activities, including rollout, training, and adoption.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer problems and insights into clear business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of customer experience frameworks.
• Ability to articulate acceptance criteria, build test cases, and write user stories.
• Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
