What you will do

• Perform timely variance analysis of billing data and support internal teams during month-end closing activities.
• Compile monthly reporting packages and monitor trend analysis to provide actionable insights.
• Resolve billing-related queries and collaborate with Customer Success and Customer Care teams to drive process improvements.
• Act as a Revenue Operations stakeholder in regional meetings and contribute to solutioning.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and optimize quote-to-cash functions.
• Manage operational risk through export compliance screening and preparation of audit documentation.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, utilizing best practices for scalability.
• Ability to work independently, act decisively, and handle multiple systems/tools simultaneously.
• Proven communication skills for effective collaboration across all organizational levels.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding challenging goals.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Taguig City, Philippines office in a hybrid model
