Production Controller

What you will do

• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and communicate schedule changes for delays, disruptions, expedites, material shortages, or cancellations.
• Track and report production status, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to meet deadlines.
• Provide support to Production Planners and schedulers.
• Orchestrate communication with engineering, procurement, quality, maintenance, and other departments impacting production.
• Generate and maintain weekly production reports and document history as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to safety guidelines and scheduling policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prefer 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
• Understanding of ERP system flows.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills for discussions across all organization levels.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
