What you will do

• Review customer plans and specifications for RFQ and Order Entry stages, resolving discrepancies through the RFI process.
• Redline drawings and suggest design solutions to ensure alignment with customer specs and electrical regulatory standards.
• Manage external RFIs and provide detailed scopes for customer change requests.
• Develop customer-specific content for technical manuals and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal sales, field service, and project management teams to resolve technical issues.
• Generate regular progress reports and identify areas for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with the application of electrical distribution products and systems.
• Expertise in evaluating complex single line diagrams (SLDs) and communication network diagrams.
• Familiarity with ANSI, IEEE, UL, and CSA standards for low-voltage power distribution.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Office 365, and ERP systems (Infor experience is a plus).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Jacksonville, FL.
