What you will do

• Lead and facilitate kaizen events on labor productivity, layout, and material flow
• Develop and deploy standard work across production and support areas
• Train and coach operators, supervisors, and engineers on lean fundamentals
• Support site-level strategy deployment and KPI management systems
• Sustain improvements through layered process audits and tiered accountability
• Analyze process performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing or operational excellence roles
• Deep hands-on experience with lean tools (standard work, takt time, value stream mapping, problem-solving)
• Proven ability to lead numerous formal kaizen events (5–10+ per year)
• Experience with strategy deployment (Hoshin Kanri, X-matrix, catchball)
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and change management skills in shop-floor settings

Nice to have

• Background in structured continuous improvement environments (Danaher, Parker Hannifin, etc.)
• Experience implementing lean in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing
