What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and commercial teams regarding quality-related issues.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and formulate corrective action plans to minimize quality costs.
• Coordinate the containment of non-conforming stock and manage potential product recalls.
• Analyze engineering drawings and identify anomalies to provide technical feedback to the design function.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to prevent non-conformity in products, processes, or systems.
• Support new product introductions and lead process improvement activities using Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke, and Kaizen.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• 3 to 5 years of experience engaging directly with customers and suppliers in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in 8D, CARs, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and familiarity with ISO9001.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Must be based in or work from the Jacksonville, FL or Surrey, B.C. offices (no remote work).
