Salary: $123,000 - 152,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead daily operations across the value stream, ensuring safety, standard adherence, and production plan alignment.
• Manage value-stream KPIs including OTD, PPA, DPU, safety (TRIR), and material efficiency.
• Implement and lead Daily Management Systems, including tiered huddles, escalation processes, and Gemba walks.
• Plan and balance labor, skills, and resources to meet demand while maintaining efficiency.
• Drive Lean manufacturing execution, specifically single-piece flow, cellular manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen.
• Coach and develop supervisors and frontline teams through structured development and succession planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a technical discipline (Electrical preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations environments.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience implementing Lean manufacturing in real production settings.
• Proven experience leading operational change initiatives and driving successful adoption.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
