What you will do

• Develop and maintain a master production schedule to ensure balanced workloads and optimal resource utilization.
• Collaborate with production planners, supply chain, and engineering to align schedules with demand forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze plant capacity levels to identify risks and inefficiencies.
• Provide actionable recommendations to address capacity constraints and improve throughput.
• Create and present detailed KPI reports and dashboards to upper management.
• Implement and refine scheduling processes to enhance accuracy and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 3-10 years of experience in master scheduling, production scheduling, or capacity planning in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (Infor Syteline preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Must be based in and work full-time from the Jacksonville, Florida office.
