Inside Sales Manager, SMB Sales (Southern and Central EMEIA): Leading a high-performing sales team in close alignment with channel partners to drive joint revenue, expand market reach, and maximize partner-influenced sales with an accent on pipeline development, strategic partner alignment, sales enablement, and performance management. Focus on co-selling strategies, deal lifecycle oversight, joint forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with channel and product teams.
Location: Hybrid with expectation to be in Amsterdam office 2-3 days per week. Only applications from those based in the Netherlands with sponsorship to live and work in the Netherlands.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives focused on selling in collaboration with channel partners, setting clear goals and KPIs.
- Align sales efforts with key channel partners, distributors, and resellers, developing joint business plans and co-selling strategies.
- Drive pipeline generation through joint activities, oversee deal lifecycle including partner registration and sales closure.
- Run deal reviews on major opportunities and identify campaigns with marketing and channel teams.
- Collaborate with channel account executives, marketing, and product teams to enable sales success.
- Monitor team performance metrics like pipeline, forecasting accuracy, net retention, churn, and quota attainment, providing updates to leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales, business development, or channel programs, with at least 1 year in team leadership or management.
- Strong understanding of indirect sales models, VARs, MSPs, and/or distributor channels.
- Proven ability to coach and lead high-performance teams.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred); commensurate experience considered.
- Travel up to 10% in EMEIA.
