What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers for favorable terms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on supply chain, quality, and finance.
- Manage pipeline, onboard new clients, map products, and handle reporting and events.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in a commercial role within the cocoa or related industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; prciency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
