What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies focusing on enterprise customers to build and maintain robust pipeline for long-term growth.
  • Own full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to negotiations and closing deals while meeting revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams for seamless experience and alignment on customer needs.
  • Identify pain points, deliver customized demos and presentations tailored to business needs.
  • Build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers as trusted advisor for satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead account planning, research customers and trends, forecast opportunities, manage CRM records.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in enterprise sales to large companies (>1k employees) with proven track record closing complex SaaS/cloud deals.
  • Success selling to senior executives across departments using consultative skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building for high-stakes conversations.
  • Results-driven mindset passionate about exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience with CRM like Salesforce for forecasting and metrics.
  • Analytical strategic thinking to identify growth opportunities.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of open-source software, APIs, or infrastructure software.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
