Location: 100% in-office presence required in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. No remote work offered.

Compensation: CAD 33.65 - 40.38/hr

What you will do

• Support kaizen events with data collection, time studies, layout prep, and post-event sustainment
• Document standard work, work instructions, and visual management tools
• Assist in root cause analysis, 5S audits, and daily tier meetings
• Capture baseline metrics, analyze waste, and implement process improvements
• Participate in lean training and mentorship from senior CI leaders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or equivalent OR technical associate’s degree with practical experience
• Up to 3 years of experience or internship in manufacturing or industrial environment
• Familiarity with lean tools (standard work, 5S, PDCA, takt time) through coursework or projects
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated career ambition and potential for leadership growth
