Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland office (Wed-Thu onsite, Mon-Tue-Fri remote). Ability to travel 20-30%.

What you will do
- Build and grow sales pipeline, accurately forecast, cold call, and prospect for new opportunities in assigned territory.
- Develop territory and account plans, execute demand generation, and close customer contracts across full sales lifecycle.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships, identify customer needs, and maintain accuracy in Salesforce.
- Leverage sales tools like Outreach, Discover.org, CPQ for prospecting, quoting, invoicing, and revenue collection.
- Provide direction to territory team on efficiencies, strategy, and competitive trends.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years B2B SaaS experience with medium-large accounts
- Experience selling SaaS to C-Suite, IT, Learning, Engineering leaders through full sales cycle.
- Sold enterprise software solutions in growth stage.
- Proven track record in sales success, Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, ability to travel 20-30%.
