What you will do

• Setup, configure, and validate quality systems, including smart tools, AI cameras, and digital inspection devices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to EQMS platforms and quality data capture tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and quality teams to integrate new tools into production.
• Build and maintain process flows, control plans, and digital quality documentation.
• Provide technical support and training to shop floor users on quality systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for system hardware and software updates.

Requirements

• Diploma or technical certification in Quality, Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital quality tools.
• Ability to read technical drawings, flowcharts, and system diagrams.
• 100% in-office presence required in Surrey, BC.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with EQMS platforms, process automation, or smart inspection technologies.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
