What you will do

• Lead daily production execution to meet safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency targets.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate Team Leads and Operators to foster accountability and teamwork.
• Monitor performance metrics, lead daily management meetings, and escalate risks.
• Coordinate with Planning, Materials, Quality, and Maintenance for work center readiness.
• Enforce safety protocols, 5S, standard work, and support team onboarding and upskilling.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related, or 5+ years relevant experience with leadership.
• 4+ years in powder coating/paint operations in manufacturing, including 1+ year in leadership.
• Experience with takt time, standard work, visual management, and daily tier meetings.
• Proficiency in ERP, Excel, production dashboards.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and career ambition.

• Coaching, performance management, root cause analysis (5 Whys, fishbone).
• Conflict resolution, feedback, Lean, 5S, visual factory principles.
• Ability to prioritize in fast-paced environment.
