Location: 100% in-office presence required in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada

Compensation: $45.67 – $55.29 per hour CAD

What you will do

• Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local EHS regulations, including WorkSafeBC and Canada Labour Code.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead complex incident investigations and perform root-cause analyses to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and schedule EHS training programs for emergency procedures and workplace safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation of EHS policies, records, and compliance reports.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial, or electrical environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 100% in-office presence in Surrey, BC.
• Ability to interpret regulations and implement requirements effectively in a work environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Nice to have

• OFA Level 2 certification.
• Proficiency in EHS management software systems.
• Knowledge of machine guarding, LOTO, working at heights, and powered industrial trucks.
