What you will do
- Assist with scheduling and prioritizing production plans, organizing resources to meet shipment requirements.
- Supervise the technical service team, lead root cause investigations and repair activities for RMAs.
- Provide technical support to customers, coordinate repairs, quotations, and documentation.
- Deliver performance reviews, train team members, and address employee relations issues.
- Communicate production status, participate in meetings, and drive continuous improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years in manufacturing (preferably electronics), minimum 2 years in supervisory role
- College/university degree in operations management or related field
- Experience with MRP systems for production planning, scheduling, inventory, and work orders
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, knowledge of planning/scheduling/forecasting principles
- Excellent English verbal/written communication, team leadership, conflict resolution
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, in diverse/fast-changing environment
Nice to have
- Technical service experience
- ISO9001, 14001, 13485 or FDA QSR compliant environment experience
