Production & Service Supervisor II

What you will do

• Assist with scheduling and prioritizing production plans, organizing resources to meet shipment requirements.
• Supervise the technical service team, lead root cause investigations and repair activities for RMAs.
• Provide technical support to customers, coordinate repairs, quotations, and documentation.
• Deliver performance reviews, train team members, and address employee relations issues.
• Communicate production status, participate in meetings, and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years in manufacturing (preferably electronics), minimum 2 years in supervisory role
• College/university degree in operations management or related field
• Experience with MRP systems for production planning, scheduling, inventory, and work orders
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, knowledge of planning/scheduling/forecasting principles
• Excellent English verbal/written communication, team leadership, conflict resolution
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, in diverse/fast-changing environment

• Technical service experience
• ISO9001, 14001, 13485 or FDA QSR compliant environment experience
