Location: 100% in-office presence in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada (No remote work offered)

Salary: $38.46 - $56.25 per hour

What you will do

• Develop and implement a Vendor Management program and supporting performance metrics.
• Conduct audits of supplier quality systems and visit vendor facilities to ensure standards are upheld.
• Create quality control guidelines and protocols to help vendors reduce defect rates.
• Act as a liaison between vendors and company leadership to resolve quality challenges.
• Maintain and update the supplier database with continuous performance records.
• Execute risk assessments, PFMEA, and apply Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.

Requirements

• Diploma in a relevant field with professional work experience.
• Must be based in or be able to work 100% onsite in Surrey, BC, Canada.
• Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials Engineering.
• Knowledge of UL, CSA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Infor Syteline ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Access, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
