Compensation: C$25.00 - C$27.50 hourly

What you will do

• Optimize metal fabrication and assembly processes to meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Develop and update work instructions, SOPs, time studies, and routings for production planning.
• Maintain process documentation including flow diagrams and support quality assurance via monitoring and root cause analysis.
• Assist in engineering projects like process validations, capacity analysis, production trials, and new technology implementation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, data analysis, and Lean Manufacturing application.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to operator training programs.

Requirements

• Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 standards and safety protocols.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow instructions accurately.
