What you will do

• Own partner data integrations end-to-end, leading implementations with payers and providers from kickoff through go-live and operations
• Serve as primary contact for external data counterparts, negotiating specifications, troubleshooting issues, and building relationships
• Translate technical data and integration challenges into clear requirements for product, engineering, and data science teams
• Drive cross-functional alignment across data, growth, health economics, clinical operations, and care delivery teams
• Build monitoring, dashboards, and alerting for proactive data quality and integration health management
• Lead analyses on eligibility, claims, enrollment trends to inform decisions and shape the DICE roadmap

Requirements

• 4+ years in product management, data operations, or related role within healthcare
• Direct experience with healthcare claims data, eligibility files, and value-based care data in payer, provider, or health tech
• Track record managing complex data integrations or implementations with external partners
• Experience collaborating with data science and engineering teams; comfortable with SQL in data-heavy environments
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple partners and stakeholders
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Experience in ambiguous, fast-moving environments defining the path forward

Nice to have

• Experience with clinical ontologies or healthcare data standards
• Familiarity with data pipeline tools like dbt, GitHub Actions as a collaborator
• Background in value-based care contract operations or performance measurement
• Health economics, actuarial, or clinical data analysis experience
