Salary: $99,280 – $124,200 annually + 14% target incentives

What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy for Microsoft Security Services to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Manage the full lifecycle and performance of the security services portfolio using KPIs and customer experience metrics.
- Collaborate with Microsoft and global partners to design and refine service offerings and market positioning.
- Enable Sales and Presales teams with necessary training, messaging, and support to engage customers at scale.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and win/loss analysis to identify unmet customer needs.
- Represent the organization at industry events to promote thought leadership and best practices.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL or Saint Louis, MO, US
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience or 8+ years of business leadership/marketing experience.
- Expertise in Microsoft Security or Cybersecurity Solutions.
- Proven experience in executive communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation.
- Experience working with Microsoft and global partners.
- Availability for up to 25% travel
