Salary: $128,900 - $226,050 USD (plus bonus)

What you will do
- Shape vision and roadmap for AI-first mobile apps, aligning with OKRs for engagement, retention, and feature adoption.
- Conduct clinical discovery to translate workflows into product requirements and integration opportunities with EHRs.
- Lead end-to-end feature development for iOS/Android, partnering with engineering and design for intuitive experiences.
- Drive onboarding, habit-building, A/B testing, and analytics to boost stickiness and app performance.
- Integrate responsible AI features, defining safety and monitoring for mobile experiences.
- Align cross-functional teams, support GTM, and communicate progress to senior leadership using data insights.
Requirements
- 7-10 years product management with mobile apps (iOS/Android) ownership
- Proven track record improving engagement, retention in high-usage apps
- Experience in complex/regulated environments, user discovery, analytics, hypothesis-driven development
- Strong collaboration with engineering/design for high-quality mobile delivery
- Excellent communication with clinicians, executives, technical teams
- Ability to clarify ambiguity and align stakeholders
Nice to have
- Healthcare tech, clinical decision support, or provider products experience
- Familiarity with clinical workflows and point-of-care
- AI/ML embedding in apps
- HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST knowledge
- B2B2C or enterprise SaaS with end-user focus
