What you will do

• Lead cross-functional project teams in designing and developing high-quality deliverables for clients.
• Provide strategic advice on project direction, resource management, timelines, and key data analytics tasks.
• Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, approach, and development strategies.
• Analyze data, synthesize findings, and develop actionable insights for internal and external teams.
• Independently manage projects, client communications, meetings, and timelines with minimal oversight.
• Develop and optimize data processes using coding, coordinate with global teams, engage in business development, and mentor juniors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or life sciences.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint), advanced Excel.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical commercial functions including data management, sales operations, commercial analytics, and BI/reporting.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, collaborate, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without need for sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of coding languages (SAS, Python, R, VBA) and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with industry best practices in pharmaceutical data analytics.
