What you will do

• Lead and deliver billable advisory consulting engagements focused on healthcare performance improvement.
• Manage high-level client relationships, collaborating with clinical staff, physicians, and administrative leadership.
• Oversee the development and implementation of client deliverables and strategic solutions.
• Direct data analyses, drawing insights from observations and interviews to create actionable recommendations.
• Manage project logistics, budgets, and profitability while mitigating risks and issues.
• Mentor and develop staff while supporting business development through RFP responses and sales calls.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (implied by 401k and federal contractor status).
• Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Strategic Planning, or Decision Support Analytics.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.
• Strong qualitative analysis and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse professional audiences in person and electronically.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree.
• RN or other professional license in a clinical area of expertise.
• PMP or Lean Certification.
