Salary: $80,000–$95,000 (New Jersey)

What you will do

• Lead PMS implementations, guiding consultants on finance dependencies and acting as SME on legal financial operations.
• Participate in customer meetings, create advanced documentation, and oversee migrations with go-live signoffs.
• Ensure smooth project handovers to BAU support and advise support/sales/product teams on PMS expertise.
• Engage customers to maximize PMS value, share knowledge internally, and recommend optimal Peppermint usage.
• Provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

• Significant experience implementing software in law firms or regulatory environments.
• Proven consultancy success in professional services, with fee-earning experience.
• Deep knowledge of legal finance processes, systems, and regulations.
• Advanced understanding of Peppermint software functionality (developed on-job if needed).
• Degree or equivalent, professional qualifications (ILFM, Lexcel, ICO, accountancy), C-level client experience.
• Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills; experience with partners/vendors.
