What you will do

• Lead design, development, and deployment of advanced manufacturing processes across product lines.
• Drive automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives for data-driven manufacturing.
• Serve as technical authority in cross-functional teams for manufacturability and scalability.
• Facilitate kaizen events, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.
• Optimize production layouts, material flow, and KPIs like yield, cycle time, and OEE using Lean methods.
• Lead capital projects for equipment selection, procurement, and validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering; Master’s or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• 7–10+ years in manufacturing engineering, ideally in high-volume electromechanical production.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, process mapping, and SPC.
• Proficiency with CAD, ERP, MES; hands-on with automation, robotics, PLCs, machine vision.
• Strong leadership, communication, project management, and mentoring skills.
