What you will do

• Plan and lead cross-functional kaizen events focusing on lean fundamentals and strategic growth.
• Implement CI tools and processes across operations, supply chain, engineering, and commercial functions.
• Train and coach team members and leaders in lean thinking and daily management.
• Create and execute improvement roadmaps based on business system maturity.
• Establish standardization, accountability, and data-driven decision-making processes.
• Document and disseminate internal best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations (MBA/Master’s preferred).
• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing or continuous improvement.
• Deep understanding of Lean Principles (5S, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, A3, PDCA).
• Proven success leading cross-functional kaizen events and system-wide initiatives.
• Knowledge of operational finance, including P&L impact and cost drivers.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with a track record of mentoring.
