What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians to meet project deliverables for complex power generation projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across a portfolio of design services and EPC programs.
• Prepare and oversee complex engineering deliverables for multiple or mega projects.
• Coordinate with clients to identify key drivers, manage project changes, and support business development activities.
• Perform complex engineering calculations and conduct research for equipment and material recommendations.
• Manage personnel responsibilities including hiring, discipline, and pay administration for subordinates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 11 years of related work experience.
• Experience in engineering management and design of power generation facilities.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and motor vehicle records search.
• Professional registration or licensure in the home office country is typically required.

Nice to have

• P.E. License is highly preferred.
• Experience managing EPC or design services for simple cycle and combined cycle gas turbine projects in the United States.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable standards.
• Working knowledge of procurement processes, contract administration, and proposal estimates.
