TL;DR
Senior Salesforce Administrator (CRM): Leading the optimization and strategic evolution of the Salesforce environment with an accent on scalable data models, advanced automation, and enterprise-level integrations. Focus on designing complex system solutions, managing data governance, and mentoring junior team members to drive platform excellence.
Location: Must be based in Austin, TX (starts remote, but must be able to work hybrid from the Austin facility in the future)

What you will do
- Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions including custom objects, advanced Flow automation, and Apex triggers.
- Manage sophisticated security models, role hierarchies, and data governance frameworks to ensure compliance.
- Develop advanced reporting and analytics using Salesforce CRM Analytics and collaborate with Tableau teams.
- Partner with Mulesoft teams to maintain integrations between Salesforce, ERP, and CPQ systems via APIs.
- Mentor junior administrators and developers while leading release management and CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage relationships with consulting partners and evaluate AppExchange solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a track record of leading large-scale implementations.
- Salesforce Platform Administrator and Platform Administrator II certifications required.
- Expert-level knowledge of Flow, security models, Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
- Ability to work hybrid from the Austin, Texas facility in the future.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce Field Service, OmniStudio, or Revenue Cloud / CPQ.
- Proficiency with DevOps tools like Gearset or GitHub.
- Experience with data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake or Amazon Redshift.
- Knowledge of Einstein AI, Agentforce, or Industry Cloud solutions.
