IT Manager - East Coast

TL;DR

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and mentor IT Support Leads and contributors across East Coast sites, fostering high-performance culture.
• Oversee regional IT operations including infrastructure, end-user support, systems administration, and security.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues, ensuring resolution and root cause analysis.
• Develop and manage regional IT budget, vendor relationships, and hardware/software lifecycle.
• Align technology with business priorities, drive projects, ensure compliance, and monitor KPIs.
• Shape regional IT strategy and improve business continuity plans in coordination with global IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Business, or equivalent.
• 10+ years IT experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership/people management.
• Proven experience managing multi-location IT teams.
• Strong technical background in enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and security.
• Experience with ITIL, ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira), budgets, vendors, and US compliance.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

• ITIL, PMP, or other certifications.
• Experience in multi-national or distributed organizations.
• Background in manufacturing or industrial environments.
