Manager, Technology Portfolio and Operations (SaaS/Vendor Ops): Build and lead Vendor and SaaS Ops function owning SaaS portfolio, renewals, and spend optimization across Digital Workplace, ERP, CRM, and Clinical Applications with an accent on driving vendor value, reducing waste, and portfolio health improvements. Focus on analyzing spend/utilization data, running renewals/sourcing pipelines, partnering with Procurement/Finance/Security, and leading a small team to deliver measurable savings.
Location: Remote (United States, zone-based pay)
Salary: Zone A: $108,890 - $141,560 + equity + benefits; Zone B: $119,779 - $155,716 + equity + benefits; Zone C: $130,668 - $169,872 + equity + benefits; Zone D: $141,557 - $184,028 + equity + benefits

What you will do
- Maintain accurate SaaS inventory and Service CMDB with ownership, tier, purpose, and lifecycle details.
- Run renewals calendar and sourcing pipeline, aligning stakeholders on risks and savings opportunities.
- Analyze spend/utilization to identify duplication, under-utilization, and consolidation for savings plans.
- Drive SaaS budget planning, justifications, and forecasting with Finance and business owners.
- Lead intake for new SaaS/renewals, business cases, RFx events, and partner with Procurement/Legal/Security.
- Build, coach, and lead a small Vendor & SaaS Ops team, tracking outcomes like savings and portfolio health.
Requirements
- 5+ years in SaaS operations, technology portfolio/vendor management, or IT/Procurement roles
- Strong spend/utilization analysis skills with track record of data-driven business cases and savings
- Experience partnering with Procurement, Legal, Cybersecurity on RFx, evaluations, negotiations
- Familiarity with CMDB concepts and service/vendor records
- Proven stakeholder management, cross-functional influence, and small team leadership
- High-growth/pre-IPO or Technology/Healthcare experience preferred
Nice to have
- Exposure to ERP/P2P, CLM, or strategic sourcing tools
- ITIL, COBIT, PMP or relevant certifications
