What you will do

• Provide 1:1 virtual coaching to hirify.global members to help them identify goals, improve leadership, and communicate more effectively.
• Complete an immersive, ICF-certified coach training program to master hirify.global’s proprietary coaching methodology.
• Maintain ongoing communication with members via the hirify.global Platform, email, and chat.
• Collaborate with the coaching community by sharing tools and insights to enhance overall practice.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the hirify.global community with kindness, respect, and empathy.

Requirements

• Must be based in North America or Europe.
• 15+ years of experience as a Director, VP, or senior software engineering leader managing teams.
• Experience leading engineering organizations through hypergrowth, rapid change, or startup-to-scale transitions.
• Ability to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month for at least 24 months.
• High emotional IQ and self-awareness to create safe spaces for vulnerability.

Nice to have

• Background in AI/ML engineering, infrastructure, security engineering, or developer platforms.
• Prior experience at a U.S.-headquartered or global technology company.
