What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end management of ER matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and policy investigations.
  • Advise and support managers on underperformance cases and long-term leaves of absence.
  • Develop and maintain country-specific ER resources, including toolkits, templates, and process guides.
  • Partner with HRBPs to identify ER trends and deliver targeted training workshops to enhance people management.
  • Collaborate with Legal and external counsel to obtain employment-related advice and manage organizational risks.
  • Support sensitive matters such as severance, redundancies, and settlement agreements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of total HR experience, with 4+ years of specialized Employee Relations experience in a global business.
  • Expert-level fluency with US and European (UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Germany, Italy) employment laws and practice.
  • Must be based in New York City, NY.
  • Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and handle difficult conversations with diplomacy and professionalism.
  • Capability to operate with minimal supervision in a global organizational structure.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and practices in the APAC region.
