TL;DR

Senior Product Marketing Manager (Healthcare Tech): Own the full product marketing function shaping how Spark is positioned, leading go-to-market strategy for new products and segments, building content and programs to establish technology leadership. Focus on translating complex Medicare platform capabilities into clear narratives for independent brokers and agencies, partnering with sales and customer success to drive adoption and growth.

Location: Remote within the US only; unable to accommodate international remote work, all work must be conducted from an approved location within the U.S.

Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 USD base (plus equity and benefits)

What you will do

  • Own core platform narrative, messaging framework, positioning, and buyer personas based on market research.
  • Lead end-to-end GTM execution for product launches, defining success metrics and cross-functional readiness.
  • Develop GTM strategies for new offerings and segments, informing product roadmap with market insights.
  • Create thought leadership content, adoption materials, and leverage AI tools for research and synthesis.
  • Build lifecycle programs to drive product adoption and broker engagement.
  • Produce sales enablement collateral like pitch decks, battlecards, and run trainings for field teams.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B technology
  • Proven track record owning GTM strategy and launch execution for net-new products or segments
  • Strong positioning, messaging, and content creation skills with work samples
  • Experience building sales enablement programs and collateral
  • Cross-functional ownership across product, sales, and marketing
  • Proficiency with AI tools; comfortable in a build-from-scratch environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in health tech, insurance tech, or regulated industries
  • Customer or lifecycle marketing experience
  • Familiarity with channel or partner-led GTM
  • High-growth startup experience building from scratch
