What you will do

• Pressure-test and refine product positioning as it evolves, ensuring clarity across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
• Build and institutionalize world-class GTM launch processes, embedding PMM earlier in the product lifecycle.
• Drive major releases with proof, clarity, and measurable commercial impact, establishing accountability for success.
• Sharpen competitive differentiation and improve Sales team articulation of why hirify.global wins.
• Raise the bar for PMM function through high-performance processes, leadership by influence, and operational rigor.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years in Product Marketing or adjacent strategic roles
• Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or IaaS environments
• Track record of strengthening positioning, launch rigor, and cross-functional alignment
• Executive presence, structured thinking, and bias toward clarity and commercial impact
• Intellectual depth to understand complex products and markets
