Location: Hybrid in Holmdel, NJ; Ft. Lauderdale, FL (US); Verona, Italy

What you will do

  • Own platform positioning, messaging, and differentiation, turning technical capabilities into customer-first value propositions.
  • Build narratives for ICP and personas across web, sales, lifecycle, launches, and campaigns.
  • Partner with Demand Gen to plan and execute pipeline-driving campaigns with messaging frameworks and success metrics.
  • Create GTM assets like pitch decks, battlecards, and sales plays to accelerate deals.
  • Translate product roadmap into launch messaging and equip Sales, CS, and partners with communication tools.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment, surface market insights, and analyze competitors for sharper differentiation.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product marketing experience in SaaS/technology, with track record of launching products and driving GTM impact.
  • Demonstrated creativity and strategic thinking for compelling stories and campaigns.
  • Strong problem-solving to turn complex inputs into clear execution plans.
  • Experience building messaging around ICP/personas, use cases, and differentiation.
  • Proven partnership with Growth/Demand Gen for pipeline creation and campaigns.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; highly organized in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, ABA/autism services, education, or care delivery.
  • Understanding of cross-channel engagement (email, lifecycle, in-app, integrated campaigns).
